Robert G. Yuengel

Robert was a retired custodian for Belleville School District #118. He was a member of Christ the King Apostolic Church, O’Fallon, Illinois. He was an avid gardener, hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed deep sea fishing and cooking.

Robert is preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Ella, nee Just, Yuengel; son, David Yuengel; brothers, Norman and Walter Yuengel; sister, Martha Hoering; brother in laws, Larry Nusser, Edward Hoering, and Howard Jereziz

Surviving is his loving wife of 66 years, Erma, nee Headrick, Yuengel; his children, Richard (Carmen) Yuengel, Creal Springs, Illinois, Donna Terry, Belleville, Illinois, Debra (Robert) Braun, Swansea, Illinois, Robert Jr (Brenda) Yuengel, Willis, Texas, Larry Yuengel, Belleville, Illinois, Steven (Linda) Yuengel, Belleville, Illinois, Timothy (Denise) Yuengel, Mt. Vernon, Iowa; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and one great great grandchild; many nieces and nephews; brother, Ken (Audrey) Just, sisters, Esther Nusser, Doris Jereziz, and Carol (Jack) VanderVeen; sister in law, Flora Yuengel

on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 from 4:00-8:00pm and again at Christ the King Apostolic Church, O’Fallon, Illinois, Thursday, June 21, 2012 9:00-10:00am

Funeral Service: will be held at 10:00 AM at the Christ the King Apostolic Church, O’Fallon, Illinois, with Pastor Larry Blake officiating

Interment will be held in the Valhalla Gardens of Memory.
