Ruth was a faithful parishioner at St. Henry Catholic Church in Belleville, Illinois. She devoted much time to the church, quilting and working the Lenten fish fry’s. She was a member of the St. Vincent DePaul Society and the Ladies of St. Henry. Ruth also enjoyed planting flowers and gardening. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, who will truly be missed by all who knew her.
Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin V. Krausz; her parents, Joseph J. and Elizabeth, nee Sandheinrich, Rueter, Sr.; and her siblings, Paul Rueter, in infancy, Elvera Schubert, Beatrice Breiner, Ralph Rueter, and Joseph J. Rueter, Jr.
Surviving to cherish her memory are her loving children, Kenneth(Martha) Krausz, of Highland, Illinois and Sharon (Robert) Worth, of Palatine, Illinois; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Worth, of Chicago, Illinois, John Worth, of Palatine, Illinois, Kevin (Jamie) Krausz, of O’Fallon, Illinois, Mark (Amy) Krausz, of Glen Ellyn, Illinois, and Jason (Krista) Krausz, of Homer Glen, Illinois; her great grandchildren, Camden, Iris, and Eden; a sister, Lucille Joffray, of Mascoutah, Illinois; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral: A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, Aug 11, 2018 at St. Henry Catholic Church, Belleville, Illinois with Father Kenneth York officiating. Interment will follow in Valhalla Gardens of Memory, Belleville, Illinois.
