

Tim possessed a hardworking, dedicated, and spontaneous personality. He worked at Auffenberg Hyundai, in O’Fallon, Illinois for over 15 years as a salesman. He also managed and ran two restaurants in the St. Louis area, Ave’s and Talayna’s. Tim was a man of Lutheran faith and instilled those values into his family and loved ones around him. He had a beautiful singing voice and enjoyed playing the guitar. Hearing him play a tune on his guitar by James Taylor was a joy for his loved ones to share with him. He also enjoyed playing tennis, which he coached to his children, canoe trips on the Meramec River, trips to the Meramec caverns, tending to his lawn and home, cooking his famous recipe of pasta con broccoli and enjoying the beauties of life with his wife, children and those special friends around him. He was a loving husband, dad, step-dad, brother and friend. He will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Winfred and Irene (nee Drews) Ave-Lallemant; his sister, Renee Ave-Lallemant; his step son, Benjamin Seres and his father and mother in-law, Evan and Bonnie Werner.
Surviving to cherish memories are his loving wife, Judy Seres, of Belleville, Illinois; his children, Kala (Steven Bellomy) Ave-Lallemant, of Dubuque, Iowa, Maria (Dan) Cordrey, of Richmond, Virginia, Timothy “TJ” (Meaghan) Ave-Lallemant Jr., of Durham, North Carolina and Jenna Ave-Lallemant, of Charleston, South Carolina; his children’s mother and his first wife, Nancy Pitts; his grandchildren, Madeline Bellomy, Kate Cordrey and Luke Cordrey; his step son, Brandon Seres; his step grandchildren, Myalyn Seres and Peyton Seres; his brother, Allan, LaRue, Peter, Theodore “Ted”, David and Daniel Ave-Lallemant; his brother-in-law, Kurt Werner; special friends Tony Galbraith and Katie Welzbacher; his aunt-in-law Judy Blaes and a number of dear nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

Memorial Visitation: Friends and family may visit from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, Friday, September 1, 2017 at Valhalla Gaerdner-Holten Funeral Home, 3412 Frank Scott Pkwy West, Belleville, Illinois 62223.
Memorial Service: A memorial service will take place immediately following the visitation at 1:00pm, Friday, September 1, 2017. Inurnment to be held at Valhalla Gardens of Memory Cemetery, Belleville, Illinois.
