Tim was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents and a nephew, Michael.
Surviving are his mother, Mary Jane Heuer-Allard of Marissa; father, Ronald Malone; a son, Joseph Peek, Sr.; a grandson, Joseph Peek, Jr.; a brother, Mickey (Tammy) of TX; a half-sister, Molly Malone; and a nephew, Justin Malone of TX.
Services: In accordance with Tim’s wishes, no visitation will be held.
