Vincent was a bouncer for Pop’s Night Club and Concert Venue, Sauget, Illinois.
Vincent was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Fred and Ethel Hemme and his paternal grandparents, Jessie Olen and Mary Williams.
Surviving are his parents, mother; Cheryl, nee Boone (Step father, Wilbur) Stitzel; father, Timothy Williams; brothers, Patrick (Theresa) Williams, Jason Goodnetter, Dylan Stitzel and Mike (Michelle) Stitzel; sisters, Amy Stitzel and Tricia (Tom) Robertson and grandmother, Virginia Williams. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives, family and friends.

Memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2017 from 2 to 6 pm at Valhalla Gaerdner Holten Funeral Home, Belleville, Illinois.
Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at 5 pm.
