

Wendy was born October 19, 1967 in E. St. Louis, IL to Joseph Walter Lutker Jr. and Judy Rae Ledbetter. They preceded her in death.
Wendy is survived by her husband, Perry Williams of Belleville, IL. Together, they shared nearly 25 years of marriage. Also surviving are her loving children, Mindy (Nicholas) Schubert of Mascoutah, IL, Shane (Hunter Montgomery) Chronister of Belleville, IL and Matthew Chronister of Belleville, IL; grandchildren, Madyson, Jackson, Mason and Allyson Schubert, all of Mascoutah, IL; siblings, Vickie (Jeff) Oetken of South Roxana, IL, Little Joe (Carla) Lutker of Beebe, AR and Brad Stein of Missouri; nieces and nephews, Lynsey (TJ) Latham, Tyler Vaughn, Alexis Lutker, Jayme Bowman and Derek Burns; seven great-nieces and nephews; and her best friend, Rosie (Cindy) Burns of Millstadt, IL.
Wendy was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Wendy cherished her family and friends dearly. Spending time together meant everything to her, especially holidays with her family and creating lasting memories.
She was a strong supporter of law enforcement and enjoyed watching crime shows. Wendy had a kind and caring heart, with a special love for the elderly, Conway Twitty, James Spader and caring for others.
Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
Services will be held on Friday, Janaury 23, 2026 at Espenchied Chapel, 317 N. County Road, Mascoutah, IL. Friends may visit from 3:00 P.M.-7:00 P.M., witha memorial service beginning at 6:00 P.M. officiated by Reverend Andrew Anthony.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Wendy's name may be made to the St. Louis Children's Hospital Heart Center.
