He was a loving father, and never met a stranger. His faith in God never wavered.
Billy was a US Army veteran.
William was preceded in death by his wife, Gloria, nee O’Dell, White; parents, William E. & Marge, nee Froesel, White, Sr.; sister, Kathleen Sartin and brother in law, Paul Sartin; and his father in law, Harry O’Dell, Jr.;
He is survived by his daughter, Lian White of St Louis, MO; brother and sister in law, Mitchell (Sandra) O’Dell; mother in law, Charlsie C. “Shorty” O’Dell.
