It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ba The Phan. Prior to parting from this life he was a resident of Lake Stevens, Washington. Ba was born in the later months of 1967 and passed away on Monday, June 2, 2025, being only 57 years old at the time. He will be missed by those that knew him. We ask that you keep the family and friends of Ba in yours thoughts as they work through this time of loss.
