Steven Che Keung Cheung

Steven Cheung was born on July 30th 1950 in Hong Kong to Cheung Wai Man & Chan Pui Wah. He left Hong Kong to pursue his business degree from the University of Hawaii and then chose the University of British Columbia to earn his MBA. It was in Vancouver that he met his wife, Kit and where he settled down into family life with their children, Jason and Chelsea.

Steven had a very successful career that gave him the opportunity to live and work all around the world including Seattle, Alaska, California, Virginia, Tokyo, India, Australia and Hong Kong. Of all the places, Tokyo was his favorite place to live although he knew he wanted to retire in Bellevue.

No matter where he was, he was dedicated to serving God in church, to his family and to work. Having traveled and worked all over the world, his experience and knowledge influenced his life and those he mentored. His drive to find the best food to eat and cook was passionate and strong, and one of the things those who knew him best will always remember.

Steven Cheung is survived by his wife; two sisters: Catherine and Teresa; brothers: James, Anthony, and On; son Jason with wife Cason; daughter Chelsea with husband Devon Shook; and grandson Gabriel Cheung. Steven spent his recent years making the most of his retirement traveling with Kit, perfecting his favorite dishes from around the world, and visiting his family. Steven passed away peacefully on March 8, 2017 surrounded by his family. He will surely be missed by those whose lives he touched.

張治強先生於主曆一九五零年七月三十日出生於香港，父母親是張偉文先生及陳佩華女士。張先生年青有為，自幼勤奮好學，他離開香港前往夏威夷大學就讀商務學位，然後選擇加拿大卑詩哥倫比亞大學獲取其工商管理碩士。他是在溫哥華認識畢生致愛的馮潔賢女士(Kit)，與她締結良緣建立家庭，育有兒女Jason及Chelsea。

張先生有一個非常成功的職業生涯，賦予他在世界各地生活和工作的機會，包括西雅圖、阿拉斯加、加州、維吉尼亞、東京、印度、澳洲及香港。雖然他意願在表爾威退休，但在所有居住過的地方，他最喜歡的是東京。

無論他生活在何處，他都熱誠於教會服侍神、愛護家人和熱愛工作。曾在世界各地旅遊及工作，他富足的經驗及知識影響了他的人生和所有受他指導的人士。他那嘗試找最好食物及做美酒佳肴的動力是充滿熱情且強烈的，而認識他的均知曉他那份熱忱。
