You were always a joy to be around, miss you bro.

You shared your love of clamming with me. On this day, you took me, my sister and my dad clamming and we had a huge feast afterwards. We ate clam chowder and grilled clams for days. Love you.

We had so many EPIC spur of the moment karaoke nights. We loved hearing you sing Chinese songs. 💙

T, I still can’t believe this is real.

You were one of the first few friends I made after moving to Seattle. Even though we didn’t talk much back in high school, we reconnected through Mea and that brought us closer again.

You were such a cool friend, one of the best humans with the kindest hearts. I honestly couldn’t have asked for more than to have you in my life. And oh man, you really set the bar high. You always showed me what it truly means to treat Mea like a real queen, and I don’t think anyone could ever top that.

There are no words to describe how hard this is. Baby Elva will also miss how you carried her around like your own. I know we’ll meet again someday! And when that day comes, don’t forget our Taiwan-Japan trip.

T was one of my favorite people in the world. He was one of the kindest, most selfless souls I’ve ever known. We met during our college days, and from day one, he brought laughter and light wherever he went. I’ll never forget his goofiness, his Soldja Boy dance, and the way he always tried to make people smile.

But T was so much more than that. He was the kind of friend who showed up whenever he could. He supported his friends and family, gave without hesitation, and loved without limits. He changed my life in ways I can’t fully put into words.

T, thank you for being you. I’ll miss you—and I’ll carry your love and laughter with me always. I love you, bro. See you on the other side.

T-您在那邊的世界可好嗎？今日你我天各一方難見面，有些遲來的說話希望你能收到，跟你從認識到深交可以說短不算短，在你身上仿似看到我自己的足跡，看著你事業順利、成家立室，期盼著你將迎來人生的巔峰無奈事與願違，你對家人朋友的義無反顧，謙卑不屈將會永遠烙印在我腦海裡面，將來我會帶著你的精神去看遍世界的美好，嘗遍世界的美酒，到我們再次相聚的時候定當和你日飲三百杯，慶幸此生和你相遇相知，我們大家都會健健康康、瀟灑灑灑，勿念！

It was my absolute pleasure to have known you. I'll always cherish our conversations about travel, wine, and golf. You're deeply missed, and I look forward to the day we can talk about them all again.

The 1st time I met him. I was a customer who was very young picking up coins for work. I dropped all the coins he helped me roll them. He left everything to help me. After sometime I worked under him at Bank of America. I had a mishap at work and he helped me fix the situation. He was being goofy to make me laugh while I thought my life was over. He was such a caring human. Now as an older person I think of him and see how much care he had in him for everyone. He was not amazing just at work but as a person he was one of a kind. I am so shocked to know he is gone. How can a world be without him and he was such a kind soul. The sun will never rise again as bright as it did in his presence. You were the person I always looked up to. I try to find people like you so I could work with them and never was I able to find someone like you. Ti you are truly missed! I wish I could speak to you one more time let you know how much you mean to us. Thank you for being a great soul. I will always remember your kindness towards everyone who came your way. You were caring for everyone and I could only imagine how much you would care for your family. May God give your family peace. I wish I could do something to help them.

Instead of being the guest, T would always turn out to be the one who cooked/ washed/ took care of the kid for us.

Moving to Seattle during the pandemic, I didn’t have many friends in those early years. But I was lucky to have T and Mea — two people who welcomed me with open arms, showed me around the city, and introduced me to their circles. They even flew all the way to Hong Kong for our wedding, and later helped us move during our home remodel. Whenever we needed him, T would always show up — and he never just helped, he went above and beyond.
I’ll forever remember his warm smile, gentle spirit, and boundless kindness. The way he doted on Mea and my kid always melted my heart. It’s still hard to believe he’s gone, but I’ll be patiently waiting for the day we meet again in heaven — sharing hotpot and singing karaoke together.
Mea — I can’t begin to imagine the depth of your pain and loss, but I want you to know you are not alone. My heart aches for you, and I hope you feel surrounded by love and support, even in the quietest moments. Terry and I are always here — whether you need someone to talk to, sit with, or simply cry with. We’re holding you close in our hearts and keeping you in our thoughts.

One of the brightest, humble. selfless, sincere and most genuine soul I ever had the pleasure of meeting. What a loss… Rest in Peace T! 💜

T, your the reason we started having season pass to the sounders.

T always helped take care of my mom at the BOA in Chinatown. She always talked about how extremely helpful, kind and wonderful he was. I honestly think she often went there mainly just to chat with T and not really have any business to take care of 😅

I am at a complete loss for words, and am devastated about this sad news. I first met T back at Ingraham High School, and he has been the same caring, loving and beautiful person ever since. You’ve been taken way too soon, and I hope you know we love you so much, and truly miss you. Thanks for being such a bright light in my life as a loyal friend, and always making sure I was comfortable, supported and taken care of <3. 

We love you, Mea <3, sending prayers and hugs to you and the family. I am here for you whenever you need me.
