Aunt Gin is such a beautiful person.  I love her so much.  She accepted me into the family and treated me so well.  I remember when she and Cynthia came to Washington DC to visit with Pam and I for 4th of July 1999.  We had a great time indeed and hope that she is now at peace.  

Gin's star was so bright and she truly was light for so many others.  I am blessed to have known  her and to have been a part of her wonderful life.

Rhonda & Cindy, I am so grateful for the time I had with Aunt Gin, both at her home in Seattle and at my home here in Georgia. She was truly a joy!!! I will always remember her zest for life, her fun-loving spirit & her candor. Mike & I often speak of the warmth of her home & the hopitality she extended to us when we visited. We swap funny stories of the intimate times we each had with her & the somewhat outrageous "Aunt Gin" things she said. :-) It saddens me that I won't see her again, but I rejoice in my memories. And oh, what fond memories they are... Remembering how we laughed and laughed and laughed with her and Dot; played Dominoes around her kitchen table; walked through her beautiful gardens; showed her mine; broke bread at her table and then got the chance to return the favor... Yes, I will miss her but I Thank God I had the pleasure of knowing her. You too should be grateful for the gift that you had in such a special mother. I love you both. Keep the faith and stay in touch!

In fond remembrance of a person who lived life fully and taught her two wonderful daughters to do the same. We will miss you Virginia, and we are blessed in that we will continue to see your soul in your daughters.

My heartfelt condolences to Virginia's family!  I have also been a women's health (and pediatric) nurse practitioner for Public Health Seattle/King County for over 20 years.  I met Virginia way back when, and although I  didn't know her well, I am sure that she poured her heart and soul into the patients of King County.  She undoubtedly enhanced the quality of life of all her patients and I know that she will be sorely missed.  My prayers are with you, her family and friends!

My Dear Sister in Law, I will always cherish your efferversent spirit and your sincere smile.  You always made everyone feel good when they entered your space. I am so happy that our girls will keep the love of family intact.  I will always remember my visit to your lovely home in Seattle and strolling thru your beautiful garden.  I will also cherish the memories of your last visit to Atlanta and how we laughed so much and so loud at Dot's home.  I will always love you and I will see you again in the Heavens.

Dear Rhonda and Cindy- I want to thank you for sharing your mom with me, I can honestly say that I became a better person from knowing her. She didn't let me get away with anything and that's exactly what I needed,  yet I always knew she cared and would do anything to help me succeed. I look forward to seeing her again one day.

Mama Bell, I'm sad that you are no longer with us but happy that you are in a much better place. I just wanna say thank you for making me feel so comfortable and welcomed whenever Rhonda and I would stop by your house. Also I wanna say thank you for bringing such a wonderful person into this world and one that I am so proud to be able to call "friend." It's no suprise why Rhonda is the person she is today, you've done a wonderful job with her. Brody, Coal and I will miss you dearly but I find so much comfort in knowing that you're in heaven now. I promise you mama Bell I'll do my best to look out for and be there for Rhonda. :)

There are no words to describe how I will miss knowing she is no longer with us in the physical sence.  She will always be in my heart and I have so many fond memories of her.  She was so inspirational to many and we all will miss that smiling face.

I got to know Virginia through her daughter, Cynthia, I remember her as a positive upbeat strong woman and a joy to be around.  I am sorry for your loss, may our good Lord bring you peace.  Frank Gregory

She opened her home in 1976 and allowed me and my family to merge with her's. She took care of me. Cindy and Rhonda babysat me. I learned to love cats. I learned to love Starwars. I learned to love that park she had in her back yard. Rhonda and I started an ant war in that backyard (red ants vs the black ants:)). She was a wonderful person who was always smiling (unless I was acting bad). She was part of the foundation of my life. I will never forget her.

Ginny, as we always call her was what we called a true friend. We spent many hours in each others homes enjoying family gatherings. Ginny was one if she something that needed to be gone would do it without being ask and did not seek any thanks. She was a beautiful person physically and by her actions. Ginny is now is a better place, no more pain and everyday will be beautiful as she was. Ginny,you will be missed by us who loved you.

I worked with Ginny at the Health Department in the 1980s and loved being her assistant.  She was an amazing nurse practitioner and was loved by all of her patients and co-workers.  In 1986 I went on a Caribbean Cruise with her and Rhonda and Cynthia and had the time of my life.  We would run 5 miles around the deck every day so we could eat like crazy in the dining room.  She was a joy to be with, whether at work or at play.  Her smile and laughter filled a room.  I am blessed to have known her.

Ginny was a tremendous force to be reckoned with in my classes.  She truly was an inspiration to all.  I was constantly having to stay on my toes with Ginny.  She not only made the hour go by quickly, but always had a  quit wit that made me laugh and smile.  There was no messing around in Ginny's aerobic space.  She was an amazing woman and will be greatly missed.

I love you Momma, you had a good "race" and finished well. Rest well now.  I'll see you at the "Finish Line" when I get there.

Thank you all so much for Loving my mother, as she so loved all us.

My first and only true adult female friend.  So full of life. A loving and very giving person.  Always gave me positive strokes.  Taught me to relax.  I know heaven will find that her laughter is contagious.

Mrs. Bell was my Mom's best friend.  She was like a 2nd Mother to me during my childhood.  I have such wonderful memories of Mrs. Bell (I was never allowed by my parents to call her anything but!)  I have two favorite memories.  The first is when us kids, Rhonda, Coo and I (Brother Brad, I don't think you were with us) were around 9-12 years old.  We were in Mrs. Bell's yellow Mustang driving back to the Bell's house when we got caught in a snow storm.  Us kids thought it was the end of the world as Mrs. B drove at a snails pace trying to get us through the deserted streets of Bellevue.  It was the scariest time and the 3 of us girls were saying our goodbyes to each other.  But Mrs. Bell got us home safe and sound!  The 2nd was a truly life changing moment for me.  I was 17 getting ready to go to Wazzu for my Freshmen year.  Mrs. Bell, my Mom, Coo and I went to Ocean Shores for an end of Summer weekend.  I was kind of a brat back then (okay a major brat) and was being very rude to my Mom throughout the weekend.  We were all in the hotel room and I was mouthing off again, when all of a sudden, Mrs. Bell jumped out of her chair, got in my face, finger pointing and said, "If you talk to your Mom like that one more time, I'm going to whip your behind". I was shocked.  That was the moment when I realized my Mom was a person, not just a Mother and that I was a total brat. I have thought about that moment so many times in my adult life, so grateful she did the right thing and put me in my place sticking up for her best friend.  I am thankful I got the chance to tell Mrs. Bell what an effect she had in my life.

Rhonda and Cindy, your Mom was very proud of you.  Brad and I love you both so much.  You are family.

Ill never forget all that Ginny has done for me. Especially the week plus i spent with her while recovering from surgery. No one could have showed more care or love than Virginia. I miss you and you will always be in my heart. I love you Virginia. I look forward to the day we meet again.

My beloved Aunt Gin who was in the delivery room when I was born will be dearly missed.  I love you both Cindy and Rhonda and am here for you when needed. Love Pam and Emanuel
