Margaret Lucille May

She was born June 1, 1931, in Oberlin , Kansas to the late James Franklin Garver and Jessie Fern Wilson.

Peggy married her beloved Elmer Henry May (deceased) on June 8, 1951 in Bremerton , Washington . They moved to Bella Vista , Arkansas in 1977.

Peggy enjoyed a varied professional life – including Kansas Neurological Institute lab technician, Fraternal Insurance counselor, Activity Director/Admissions Coordinator for Concordia, Bella Vista and Concordia Realty Broker.

Survivors include her children, Pamela May Nyberg and husband Rich of Decatur, Georgia, Jon Garver May of Lowell; grandchildren, Shawn May, Caila and Travis Nyberg. She was predeceased by 3 brothers and 2 sisters.

A celebration of life gathering will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 16, 2011, at Callison-Lough Funeral Home, Bentonville. Graveside services will follow at the Benton County Memorial Park .

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
