She was an excellent seamstress, loved gardening and growing flowers. She retired from Daisy Mfg. after 20 years. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Bentonville for 60 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents; 8 brothers and 1 sister; 2 husbands, R.B. Maxwell and Rudolph Buell.
She is survived by niece Sue Carter and husband Larry of Bentonville; great-nephew Tim Carter and wife Donna of Decatur; great-nephew Brad Carter and wife Malania of Garfield; niece Sarah Esslinger and husband Mike of Clarkesville, Ga.; great-nephews Asa and Ian Esslinger and great-niece Amie Esslinger; nephew Jerry Jones of Bentonville; niece Sue Heinsohn of Siloam Springs; nephews Doyle and Larry Rakes of Rogers; and great-nephews and nieces of North Carolina.
