

Carl Howard Musgrove was born January 30th , 1933 to Albert and Anna Musgrove in their home stead farm house in Piedmont, Oklahoma. He passed away February 6th, 2016, of natural causes surrounded by all of his family and neighbor. He was 83. He married Ramona Kimbrell August 7th, 1952 in Noble, Oklahoma. They were married for 47 years. She preceded him in death on October 7, 2000. He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Anna, 2 brothers, H.A. and Olen, and 1 sister Buena Shepherd. He has 1 living sister, Irma Pressure and Pat, and 1 sister in law Mary Musgrove. He was the youngest of 5 children. He is survived by his 3 daughters and their spouses, Carla and Jerry Bensinger, Brenda and Tim Adams and Terri and Denzel Oldham. Four grandaughters Tia and Adreinne and Morgan and Madison. 2 adopted grandchildren Chrissy and Beau. And two great grandchildren Easten (finally a boy) and Michelynn. Numerous nieces nephews and cousins. And one special friend Betty Felder. He was known as “Bud” to his grandchildren and friends. He was a member of Rancho Village Baptist Church for 45 years. He attended Piedmont Schools and served in the U.S. Army in Korea. He retired from A.T.&T. after 35 years and started his own plumbing company. He loved his girls , granddaughters’ and great grand children. He also loved motorcycles and antique cars. He loved M&M’s, chocolate malts, Mexican and chicken fried steaks. He proved his doctors wrong and continued to have this until his death. He loved Chihuahua’s and an old white cat named Tom. He had an ornery streak and had nicknames for everyone. We would like to express thanks to visiting angels, and our 24 hour care givers, Hermie, Babie, Vanessa and Aury. He worked hard all of his life to be able to stay in his own home. The family has requested those attending the funeral service to please dress casual. (Jeans and boots if you have them)
