Darryl Wayne Skaggs, fondly known as “Big D”, graced us with his presence on June 28th 1966, born to the loving Odis and Marie Skaggs. A proud graduate of Mustang High School, Class of ‘84. Darryl left an indelible mark on those he encountered. A caring husband, stepfather, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and cherished friend, Darryl departed unexpectedly on December 20th, 2023. Darryl is survived by his devoted wife, Latressa Ann Skaggs and her three children - Laressa, Kaleb, and his favorite Katrina, along with his grandchildren. Darryls Compassionate spirit and unwavering willingness to help others were his trademarks. Collectively respected and admired, he was the go-to person for anyone in need. Darryl was a genuine soul, extremely loyal and trustworthy making him irreplaceable and truly one of a kind. Darryl was completely selfless, always encouraging and supporting those around him, treating everyone as family. As we navigate this loss, the sentiment echoes through every heart that Darryl is profoundly missed, leaving a void that can never be filled.
