Born May 28, 1918. Died September 17, 2016. A Christian woman and member of Christian Missionary Alliance Church of Oklahoma City for more than 40 years. She is survived by one son, Jim Heitzler of Oklahoma City. She is preceded in death by husband Walter, children Joe, Billie, Gwen, and Don. Other survivors include nine grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
“Muz” lived with her son Jim and Shirley for six years before entering Warr Acres Nursing Center. A special thanks to the staff at Warr Acres N.C. for all the care provided to Mom. Also, thanks to Crossroads Hospice for their care during Mom’s final days. I will forever be grateful to my wife Shirley, for her commitment and care she gave to my mom.
A viewing will be held at Bill Merritt Funeral Service on Monday September 19, 2016 from 4pm-8pm. A graveside service will be held at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens on Tuesday September 20, 2016 at 2pm.
