Lawrence Patrick Barrett, died March 9, 2011. He was born December 15, 1930 in Muskogee, OK to Neil and Anna (Hofschulte) Barrett. After graduating from Northeastern State College in 1953, he served in the Air Force for four years and was stationed at Guam, Korea. Lawrence moved to Oklahoma City and worked for the State of Oklahoma and retired after 30 years of service. He was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. Lawrence was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, Neil Junior, James, Paul and Thomas; and sister, Mary Ann Barrett. He is survived by five nephews, six nieces and a number of great nephews and nieces. The family would like to thank the staff of Grace Living Center in Bethany and the medical team at Deaconess for their special love and care of Lawrence. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, March 14, 2011, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Holy Trinity Cemetery in Okarche, OK.
