Lorrene Francis Meadows

Lorrene Francis Meadows was born November 19, 1922 In Lookeba, OK to Sam and Myrtle Manley, seventh of eight children. On November 26, 1940 she married Ben Thomas Meadows and of that union five children were born. They moved to Ponca City in the late 1940's as he worked with Cities Service Oil, Sequoyah Oil and Conoco. She was a homemaker. Ben passed in 1988. She lived in Ponca City, OK until 2002 when she moved near her daughter in Oklahoma City. She was a founding member of the Southside Baptist Church and was a member of Providence Baptist before she went to Oklahoma City, OK. She is survived by all five children, Ron of Wichita Falls, TX, Don of Houston, TX, Darrell of Green Cove Spgs, FL, Terry of Fl. and Yvonne of Oklahoma City, 13 grandchildren, numerous great and great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by two grandchildren Donnie in 2002 and Kristi in 1981, both parents all brothers and sisters and her husband. Interment will be at Resthaven Cemetary in Ponca City, OK. Funeral Services conducted by Bill Merritt, Bethany, OK. Service will be at Grace Memorial Chapel, 2016 N 14th St, Ponca City, OK 2:00 November 15. Family will be at 1214 S 6th St, Ponca City, Ok for visitation after interment. Donations to your favorite charity in lieu of flowers.
