Melvin Philip Kapp, III passed away August 29, 2024 in Jones, OK at the age of 60. Melvin was born October 23, 1963 at Baptist Hospital in OKC to Melvin Philip Kapp, Jr. and Argie Maxine (Barnes) Kapp. He graduated from Putnam City High School and then attended OSU-OKC. He later went to Francis Tuttle Vo-Tech where he studied carpentry and practiced the trade for several years. Melvin went to Camp Classen every year from the 6th thru the 12th grade, he enjoyed sailing and hanging out with his friends at Lake Hefner, doing woodworking and bowling. He was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his mother, Maxine Kapp as well as aunts, uncles, cousins and other family.
