Phyllis Eileen Stone, 83, passed away May 6, 2011. She was born November 28, 1927 in Hastings, Nebraska to Charles and Grace Berck. She was preceded in death by her husband and is survived by her three children. Phyllis was a long time resident at Forest Glade in Bethany, OK. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends. There will be private family services.
