Rosa Mary Keeran was born to Thomas Luther and Emma Almeda Smith Keeran on November 7, 1921, in Fletcher, Oklahoma. She grew up in Roosevelt, Oklahoma. She graduated from high school at Fletcher High School in 1940. She attended cosmetology school. She worked as a technician for Tinker Air Force Base until her retirement. Ms. Keeran was a member of Saint Luke’s United Methodist Church in Oklahoma City. She was an accomplished artist. She was an avid gardener. She loved doing crossword puzzles. Mrs. Keeran is survived by her sister-in-law, Peggy Keeran, and her nephew, Paul Keeran. She is survived by cousins Lana Mansfield, Cathy Bowers, Bill Keeran, Susan Zwaan, Beth Mathews, Kathryn Meiers, Jim Tomlinson, Kay Curry, Mary Shellhammer, David Himes, Reverend John Himes, Dr, Michael Keeran, Karen Todd, and special friends, Dr. and Mrs. Sid Taylor, Ronnie Black, and the staff at Southern Plaza. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Lawrence Earl Keeran, and her sister Edra Lois Keeran.
