He graduated Putnam City High School and married Claudine P. Rouse. Following her death, he married Ella Whitworth-Nelson.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, both of his beloved wives, his sister Nadine Fearnow and husband Jerry.
He is survived by daughter Sandy Ferguson and husband Ron, son Rodney and wife Bonnie Jones, grandchildren G.W. Jones, Sarai Jones, Drew Hooper, Chad Ferguson, Caitlin Ferguson, and great Granddaughter Emma Oellette, nephews Ken and Gary Fearnow and their families and an abundance of extended family and other friends.
He worked as a flight line supervisor at Wiley Post airport, home construction contractor, and as an inspector with C.H Gurnsey and Co. It can truly be said that he was a...“jack of all trades.”
