Dorothy E. Dickinson of Windsor, 92, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. Dorothy was predeceased by her husband, Donald in 1982, daughters; Marilyn in 1974 and Reta in 2005 also a grandson, George in 2014. She is survived by her daughter, Donna Benedict, son in law, George Jamison Sr. grandchildren; Dawn, James and Eric, great grandchildren, Kismet, Calliope, Charisma, Atticus, Brooke, Tommy and Mackenzie, sister in law, Esther Gardner also several nieces and nephews. Dorothy was a former member of Lester Baptist Church and a retiree of Singer Link after many years of service. She was a loving and wonderful mother, grandmother and great grandmother, she will be dearly missed by many. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 22, 2014 at 1 PM at the Wm. R. Chase & Son Funeral Home 737 Chenango St. Port Dickinson, NY 13901, burial will be in the Newman Cemetery in Great Bend, PA. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 4-6 PM.
