Sheila Shorter, age 75, of Binghamton NY, passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2022. Sheila was a quiet and kind soul who loved reading and visiting Otsiningo Park. She will be dearly missed by her friends and family.
Sheila was preceded in death by her parents Edward and Ethel Shorter. She is survived by daughter, Kim Wurapa; son-in-law, Anson Wurapa; grandchildren, Ryan and Jade; sisters, Joyce Shorter Brown and Theda Douglas; and extended family members.
A memorial celebration of Sheila’s life will be held in August. Please contact the family for details.
