Mr. Short was preceded in
death by his parents, Hoyt
and Loventries Short and
1 brother, Dan Short. He is
survived by 3 sisters, Jane
Williams (W.M., Jr.), Kathy
Short and Sherry Short; 2
brothers, Stan Short(Gayla)
and Randy Short(Robin). 4
nephews, Bruce Short, Dee
Short and Adam Short(Lee)
and Roger Williams(Tami).
1 niece, Abby Hunter(Ian), 5
great nieces and nephews,
Shelby and Alex Williams
and Paxton, Lawson and Jovi
Hunter. Mark loved to travel
to New Orleans, was a huge
fan of Alabama football and
will be dearly missed by all
who knew him. A Memorial
Service will be held Monday,
November 30 at Johns-
Ridout’s Southside in the
chapel. Family will receive
friends from 1-2pm with
services beginning at 2pm. In
lieu of flowers, please make
a donation to the American
Diabetes Association or your favorite charity.
