Ortiz, Juan Patrick, age 40, of Pinson, AL died August 5, 2012. Patrick is survived by his wife, Goldie “Missy” LaNett Ortiz; parents, Shirley and Johnny Ortiz; brother, David Ortiz; sister, Leanne Russell; nieces, Kennedy Russell and Brooklyn Russell; nephew, David Moore; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and special friend, Reggie Holden.
The Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 11, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Dewey Heights Missionary Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to a charity of your choice.
