

Thomas Jason Blisard, 48, of Panama City Beach, FL passed away on January 18, 2024, in Birmingham, Alabama. Born on November 3, 1975, Tommy was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Tommy was a highly intelligent and witty individual, known for his love of reading, music, and playing pranks on people. He had a special bond with his cat, Theodore, and cherished his time spent with friends and family. Tommy's love language was aggravation, and if he ever teased or annoyed you, it meant he cared deeply for you. He was truly one of a kind, with a heart full of love and kindness.
Tommy is survived by his father, Thomas Blisard, his mother, Marjorie, his sister, Jennifer Blisard, his niece, Emris Lundberg, his nephews, Jay Hensley and Jaxon Fugit. He was preceded in death by his sister, Heather Blisard, his grandparents, Beauford and Eleanor Hodges, Mary Hodges, Hugh and Anna Blisard.
Tommy attended Enterprise High School and further pursued his education at ESCC. He had a successful career as a server at Pineapple Wily's for over 16 years and also worked in the wine and beer industry. His passion for reading, spending time with friends, attending festivals, and his beloved cat Theodore brought him immense joy.
A celebration of Tommy's life will be planned by the family at a later date. In his passing, Tommy was an organ donor and his selfless act has saved many lives. Contributions in his memory can be made to the organ donation organization of your choice.
