Dakota Mack Haggard, age 28, of Yucaipa, California passed away on Monday, September 20, 2021. Dakota was born May 28, 1993 in Pomona, California to Tammy Melisa Stewart and Clarence Mack Haggard.
A funeral service for Dakota will be held Friday, October 15, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Sandals Church San Bernardino, 3701 N Sierra Way., San Bernardino, CA 92404. Following the funeral service will be a committal service at 12:00 PM at Green Acres Memorial Park, 11715 Cedar Ave., Bloomington, CA 92316.
