Dolores A. Escobar

17 septiembre, 1940 – 11 octubre, 2024
Obituario de Dolores A. Escobar
EN EL CUIDADO DE

Green Acres Memorial Park & Mortuary

Dolores was born on September 17, 1940, in Colton, CA. and a longtime resident of Rialto, CA. Her focus in life was being the best mother that she could be, and despite giving 110% of herself to that endeavor, she still managed to pursue higher education, earning a degree to become a teacher. Her dedication and persistence to always learn and improve is something she worked tirelessly to instill in her children. Dolores’ love for her family was unparalleled, and she often expressed this through the time she spent with them, the care she provided, and the joy she found in life's simple pleasures. Her warm presence and caring nature left an undeniable mark on all who knew her. Her interests were as vibrant as her personality. Additionally, she had a flair for fashion, with a particular fondness for clothes and shoes. She relished the thrill of shopping; always on the lookout for the perfect pair of shoes or a “cute” top to add to her collection. She even named her beloved Shih-Tzu, Coach. She loved reading and the occasional road trip to anywhere for an adventure.

Dolores’ passing leaves a void in the hearts of those who knew her, but her spirit will continue to inspire and guide us. Her laughter, her love of life, and her ability to make everyone feel special will be sorely missed but will never be forgotten.

She is survived by her children, Mary Escobar of Jurupa Valley, Jose Escobar of Herndon, VA, Jimmy Escobar of Upland, CA, Marlajean Escobar of Tempe, AZ and her brother, Ramon Alvarez of Upland, CA.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Crecencio S. Escobar, her youngest son, Victor Escobar, her parents, her brothers and sisters.

As we say goodbye to Dolores, we celebrate the life of a woman who was a beacon of kindness and love. Her legacy is one of unwavering devotion to her family, a testament to the beautiful life she lived, and the countless lives she touched. Dolores’ memory will be treasured forever, as we hold her close in our hearts and remember the light she brought into this world.
