Born to Fidel and Remedios Carranza on March 31,1956 in Durango, Mexico. He was a man with many skills, from fixing cars to fixing things around the house. He would try to do it all. Among his favorite pastimes were fishing and barbecues. His favorite foods were tacos, tamales and taquitos. He enjoyed being around lots of family. He enjoyed holding babies except for when they cried, then he would hand them back to the mom or the nearest person. Francisco was a father figure for many of his nieces and nephews and a padrino (godfather) to many more. He worked hard to support his family and would do anything for them. He was a very great man.
Francisco passed away on November 30, 2012 in Colton, California. He is survived by his loving wife Mercded Carranza, 2 son's Hugo Carranza and Jesus Carranza, 2 daughter's Lucy Carranza and Remedios Carranza. Viewing will be held on Thursday, December 6, 2012 at Green Acres Mortuary 11715 Cedar Ave., Bloomington, California from 4-8PM. Mass of Christian burial will be on Friday, December 7, 2012 at St. Catherine Catholic Church 339 N. Sycamore Ave., Rialto, California at10AM. Burial to follow at Green Acres Memorial Park.
