I had the pleasure of working with Frank for many years, we were co workers in the Engineering Department at San Antonio Community Hospital.  One thing I remember most about Frank was his infectious smile.  He was always smiling!   I pray that God’s love and comfort surrounds Frank’s family at this most difficult time.  My deepest sympathies.

I’d like to offer my condolences to the family and share what a great engineer Frank was, I truly enjoyed working with him.

Our Sweet Uncle,

As early as I could remember my great Uncle Frank always smiling. He was a loving Son, Father, Brother, Uncle and friend. Always got hugs and he would be happy to see you. Even though it could be years. When he saw you, it was like a day never passed. This photo was a day I will never forget. He reunited Sue and I , had always thought of her and now Sue and I are close. This is the kinda guy he was. Reuniting loved ones , the way it should be.  I’ve been blessed to have wonderful loving uncles. My grandmothers brothers. I truly believe that my Grandmother was at his side on her birthday to take him home, to join her big birthday party in heaven. Now he is reunited with our loved ones that have passed. I love you Tio Panson. Thank you for being apart of my life.

Friendship is very rare today. It is based on mutual respect and love for that person. Frank was my best friend for over 30 years. We meant at Gold's Gym and became workout partners. My shared memories will last in my ❤️ forever. To Yoli and the family God Bless You and stay strong . That is what Frank would want.🙏
