Helen passed away on September 15, 2013 in Rialto, California at the age of 87. She was born in Newport, Rhode Island on February 28, 1926. She moved to California around 1952 and she devoted 42 years of her life to her late husband, Bill Arsenault. She is survived by her 5 children: Carol, Dave, Ken, Debra and Sharon, her 3 siblings: Her sister, Jo, and brothers, Al and Bob, her 11 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. She was loved by all her family and friends and she will truly be missed.
