Raul is survived by mother Isabel Ortega; brother Luis Fernandez; grandmother Aurora Ortega and grandfather Rodolfo Limon.

Funeral service will occur Wednesday, August 26, 2020 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 339 N. Sycamore Ave., Rialto, CA 92376. A committal service will occur Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at 10:30 AM at Green Acres Memorial Park, 11715 Cedar Ave., Bloomington, CA 92316.

Serving as pallbearers are Luis Frenandez, Rodolfo Limon, Aron Hillman, Miguel Reyes, Luis Sanchez and Miguel Sandoval.
