She was born November 25, 1928 to Coleman and Lula (Heck) Hicks in Shirley, IL. She married Donald Richard Forrest.
She is survived by her son Richard (Gloria) Forrest of Peoria, AZ; and her brother Roy Hicks of Bloomington, IL.
She was preceded in death by her husband, and her parents, and sister Helen McWhorter.
Graveside service will be Thursday June 27, 11a.m. at East Lawn Memorial Gardens.
