He always would spoil me and get me the most amazing gifts, he got me my first guitar that I never used but loved to look at. I was always his Grand baby, he would always be happy when I would go see him. He will always be my papa and the only papa I ever met. I will always celebrate his birthday and cry on May 19th

I am Chuck’s youngest 1/2 sister. He bought me my first baby doll when I was a young girl. He was always quick with a smile.  I remember visiting him in West Virginia as a teenager and we reconnected when her married Aldean. My son Fred and I would spend time with them and his younger boys.  In spite of the family dynamics he was always kind to me and I am grateful to have had him in my life.

I am a great-niece. I remember Uncle Chuck being around a lot when I was a kid running around in Kentucky at granny and pappaw’s house during the summer. When he would come in it was always a special occasion! I remember going to California for Christmas when I was high school and he invited our family over to visit when he also lived there at the time. Any time we got to see him was so special to my mom (his sister Judy). Then, the mother of all special occasions was when I got married in Vegas and he and Uncle Otis played a prank on their sister Judy (my mom) and scared the daylights out of us all but oh the emotions were flowing and I was overjoyed that he (They) was there To share the experience with me. I will never ever forget that week! The sibling love was so fun to watch between them all as an adult. Rest In Peace Uncle Chuck 💕

Chuck was my older brother.we used to get into trouble together.lol when we went our different  ways in later yearswe where in Vegas at my nieces'  wedding    and pulled a prank  on my sister. will miss you brother.

I can say my father and I had an amazing bond! He was not only my father but my best friend.He was a disciplined and dedicated man, father,and husband. From teaching me to pitch and play second base, to ice cream after practice, to knocking my peers out in the ring, I was 100% and still am his spitting image.  Although I chose life choices that worried him, he still stuck by my side and loved me. He was the greatest man I’ve ever known!  He raised me to be a stand up man and to always put my best foot forward. Pop I’m gonna miss you terribly! A huge piece of my heart left me when the lord took you away. I’ll never be the same. Gone but NEVER forgotten! Rest in paradise pop! I love you! 

I'm Dad's oldest Son, and for the 40 years I have called this man Dad he has always had mine and my brothers best interests in mind. He taught us how to play baseball, coached my Pee Wee Football team, taught me how to swim and always had our backs when we did something wrong. Dad and I at 1 time did have a handyman service we both "Owned" and worked together for years. Honestly I can say if it weren't for this man and his discipline My brother and I wouldn't have become the men we are today. I love you and will always miss you Pop! I look forward to seeing you again when I get to the other side. 

I am dad's oldest child.  I have a lot of great memories with him as a little girl.  My favorite was he used to let me ride in the front seat of his brown maverick and he would take me and my sisters for ice cream.  They had to sit in the back of course.  I also remember he bought me sandals and my mom didn't like them.  I remember how much I loved him.  I think it was in KY.  We were estranged until I was in my late 30's and then connected again.  I will cherish my visit with him.  I wish I had called more in recent years but work and life just got in the way.   I hope he knew that I did love him regardless of the years that had passed and I hope I just hope he was proud of me. 

Chuck was my older brother. It was always wonderful when he was around. He served in the Navy. I was fortunate to see him 2 years ago. I saw him in Mississippi when his girls were very small and visited again in California when he had remarried and had 2 boys. We wrote to each other for many years. He came to see  me when I was a sophomore in high school. He was on leave and had just returned from the Bay of pigs,in Cuba. I loved him dearly ❤️. He will be missed.

Chuck was my older brother.  I only got to see him once due to family problems. But I did write to him and call him when he was in the Navy.  When I went to see him in California, he took my son, his nephew to Redondo Beach for the day. It was o much fun for him.  I truly wish I had called him more over the years and gone to see him also. But I think he knew I loved him. I talked to him several times when he moved to Springfield, IL. Rest easy, Chuck.
