She was born Nov. 15, 1930 in Bloomington to Leslie Ray and Ida Katherine (Demaree) Short. She married William D. Myers July 3, 1948 in Bloomington. He passed away Aug. 14, 2010 in Bloomington. She was also preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Joan Fenner.
Survivors include one son, William (Susan) Myers of Congerville, two grandsons: Jeremy (Kayla) Myers and Benjamin Myers both of Congerville.
Charlotte worked at Funk Seeds International in Bloomington for 25 years retiring in 1985 as a Seed Technician.
She was a member of the West Twin Grove Christian Church.
Funeral services will be Wednesday May 7, 2014 at 11 a.m. at East Lawn Funeral Home in Bloomington. Rev. Bruce Williamson will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services.
Private burial will be in East Lawn Memorial Gardens.
