Ellen was a kind and hardworking woman. She worked in cake decorating at a bakery from the age of 15, honing her skills for many years. She made sure to celebrate her family’s important milestones with her famous cakes. When she wasn’t hard at work baking away, Ellen loved to crochet and play games or do crafts with her grandchildren. She loved butterflies, listening to music, and doting on her flowers. She belonged to Pilgrim Holiness Church for 58 years, acting as their secretary for many of those years.
