Evan Joseph Downs, of Bloomington passed away on June 1, 2011 at Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital in St. Louis, MO. He was born May 31, 2011 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in St. Louis, MO.
Evan is survived by his parents Todd “TJ” and Megan Bond Downs of Bloomington; his maternal grandparents, Thomas and Carole Bond of Wellington, IL ; paternal grandparents, Chuck and Mary Downs of Normal, IL; maternal great-grandmothers, Vera Sproll of Hoopeston, IL and Frances Bond of Tilton, IL and paternal great-grandmother, Jeanette Downs of Rushville, IL . Also surviving are two aunts, Sara (Todd) Anderson of Rankin, IL and Lori (James) Gilbraith of Bloomington, IL and three cousins, Erin and Anna Anderson and Dylan Gilbraith.
Private graveside services will take place at East Lawn Memorial Gardens in Bloomington, IL. East Lawn Funeral Home in Bloomington is in charge of arrangements.
