Faith Monet` Lampkin, four month old daughter of Byron L. Lampkin and Iesha Henry, passed away at 6:50 p.m. on Saturday, February 19, 2011 at the OSF Children’s Hospital in Peoria.
She was born October 26, 2010 in Peoria.
Surviving are her parents of Bloomington; maternal grandmother, Elaine Henry of Greensboro, NC; paternal grandmother, Bennita Taylor of Bloomington; paternal grandfather, Byron Lampkin of Chicago and maternal great-grandmother, Myona Henry of Bloomington. Also surviving are five aunts; four uncles and her godmother, Apreece Bonds and godfather, Alex Dickey.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 5, 2011 at East Lawn Funeral Home in Bloomington, where visitation will be 30 minutes prior to services. Cremation rites have been accorded.
