

He was born April 8, 1963 in Bloomington, son of Delmar “Jim” and Donna Rankin Laesch. He married the love of his life, Shelley L. Stevens on July 23, 1989 in Normal.
Surviving are his wife of Bloomington; his children, Candis, Connor and Brooklyn Laesch, all at home; two brothers, Philip (Joyce) Laesch of Loyal, WI and James (Laura) Laesch of Newark and one sister, Rose Laesch of Tulsa, OK. Also surviving are his brothers-in-law, Jeff (Tina), Keith and Kelly (Dawn) Stevens; nieces and nephews, Michelle Schroer, Dan and Darren Laesch, Andrew, Jonathan, Peter and Jared Laesch and Brent, Shaden and Jordan Laesch, Bailey, Riley and Ellie Stevens, Kari Hartley and Madison and Andrew Stevens and also his mother and father-in-law, David and Lorraine Stevens of Bloomington. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Sally Laesch. He was a United States Navy Veteran, where he served on the USS Lewis and Clark Nuclear Submarine.
Frank was a hard worker and he loved to be of service to people; he always went “the extra mile” and loved a job well done. He was a giver and it brought him joy to be a strong provider for his family. He enjoyed 19 years working as a letter carrier for the United States Post Office, Bloomington location.
Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at Victory Christian Center, 18180 US 150, Bloomington, IL 61705, where visitation will be 2 hours prior to services at the church (10a.m.-12noon). East Lawn Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Private committal services will be at East Lawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
