M. Suzanne Mallory

Suzanne Mallory, 73, of Elk Grove, formally of Normal, IL, passed away August 25, 2015 at Elk Grove Village, Elk Grove, IL. She was born July 8, 1942 in Streator, IL to George Burt and Eva (Krofft) Phillips. Suzanne was a machine operator for Nestle/Beich Candy Factory. She was a member of BCTGM #362. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints, West Hovey, IL. She served in the United States Air Force until she began her family, raising 3 children in Normal. She was married to Gerald Mallory in Lincoln, IL in 1976. She loved quilting and needlepoint and her family and friends.

Suzanne is survived by her daughter Catherine (Dean) Lough; sons Mark (Shelly) and Eric (Christy) Medley; grandchildren Spencer, Timmy, Jordan, Noah Emily, Tyler and Isaac; 7 great grandchildren; sisters Judy Pickinpaugh and Lisa Hartley; brother James Hartley; father Robert Hartley. She was preceded in death by her husband Gerald Mallory in 2000.

Visitation for Suzanne will be Saturday, September 5, 2015 at 10am at East Lawn Funeral Home, 1102 Airport Rd., Bloomington. The service will begin at 11am, followed by burial next to her husband Gerry in East Lawn Memorial Gardens.
