Myra was born in Bloomington, IL to Dora and Clarence Kaufman on March 15, 1941.
She is survived by her son, Robert Johnson (Staci), her daughter, Shelly Canto (Jeff), her stepdaughter Brenda Martinez (George), and multiple grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Myra was preceded in death by her son, Dana Johnson, and husband, Richard Meredith.
Myra attended West Twin Grove Christian Church and volunteered at the Jesus House in Bloomington until she moved to Florida in 2014.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, January 24, 2025 at East Lawn Funeral Home in Bloomington with visitation one hour prior to the service. Entombment will follow at East Lawn Memorial Gardens.
Memorials are suggested to West Twin Grove Christian Church.
