She was born on November 11th, 1955, in Honolulu, Hawaii, to Melvin Camat and Sylvia Camat. Penney carried the warmth, strength and vibrant spirit of her roots throughout her life, bringing home to the Midwest. She was a loving wife, an amazing mother, and always a friend.
She is survived by her husband, Randy Morgan; her three children, Jason (Jessica) Headle, Jonathan Headle, and Kash Headle; her grandchildren, Camila Headle and Gabriel Headle. Her stepchildren, Brandi (Jessi) Stonestreet, Brandon Turner, Alexandra Morgan Olson, and Lacey Morgan. Her step grandchildren, Brentyn Stonestreet, Brylee Stonestreet, Bentlee Stonestreet, Barrett Stonestreet, Beatrice Stonestreet, Makayla Byerly, Chloe Turner and Isiah Olson. She is also survived by her brothers, Randy Camat, Darrell Camat, Michael Camat.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
