Born June 5, 1953, in Peoria, she was the daughter of Helen Louise (Smith) and Robert Joseph Bozarth. Both preceded her in death.
She is survived by her daughter, Rachel Andrews (Cory) Ballenger, Towanda; granddaughter, Kathryn Margaret Andrews, Normal; stepgrandchildren, Dakota, Brianna, and Justin Ballenger, Towanda; and one great-grandson, Carson Joseph, Normal.
As a graduate of Limestone Community High School in Peoria, she was employed by St. Louis/Peoria Music and Norandex for several years.
She received an associate degree from Richland Community College in Decatur, in 1981, and a bachelor's degree from Millikin University in Decatur, in 1983.
She was then employed by State Farm Insurance Cos. in Bloomington as a programmer/analyst until 1994. Her artistic efforts were published several times in Rubber Stamper Magazine. She will be remembered by some for her line of greeting cards and novelty items under the name of Wacko Enterprises.
No services are planned by her request. Memorials may be made to a local no-kill animal shelter, PBS station and/or library.
