

Bruce E. Moore, 59, of Bloomington, IN, formerly of Indianapolis,IN, lost his fight with cancer and his life on September 29, 2010. Bruce was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Ellen (Boruff) Moore of Bloomington, IN. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Billie Carol (Link) Moore of Bloomington, IN; his father, Harold E. Moore of Bloomington, IN; brothers Brian E. Moore and Bradley E. Moore both of Bloomington, IN; his five children, daughters Dellamarie (Christopher)Dietz of Fishers, IN, Valerie (Matt) Tocco of Virginia Beach, VA and Mercede Moore of Bloomington, IN, and sons Brandon (Brittany) Moore of Indianapolis, IN and Matthew Moore of Bloomington, IN; grandsons, Zachary Dietz of Fishers, IN and Ethan Moore of Indianapolis, IN, and granddaughter Layla Tocco of Virginia Beach, VA.
The hardest working and most committed party in every endeavor, Bruce retired from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis as Senior Vice President of Investments after nearly 30 years of service that began after earning his bachelors degree in business at Indiana University and serving honorably in the United States Marine Corps including one tour of duty in Viet Nam. He also enjoyed working on his farm. Bruce was a devoted father, husband, son and brother. He was a member of the American Legion, Indiana Farm Bureau and Walkers Chapel United Methodist Church. Family , friends and former colleagues may call at Deremiah-Frye Mortuary, Greene & Harrell Chapel(700 W. Gourley Pike) in Bloomington from 2 to 8 PM Friday October 1st. and 1 hour prior to the service on Saturday at the Church.
Funeral services will be held at the Arlington United Methodist Church (1820 W. Arlington Road) in Bloomington, IN at 1 PM on Saturday October 2, 2010 followed by burial with Military Rites at Carmichael Cemetery in Greene County, IN.
