Elva Doris Peerman Rush

Elva Doris (Peerman) Rush, 87, passed away Monday June 13, 2011 at Bloomington Hospital. She was born on June 26, 1923 in Posey County, Indiana to the late Ralph Johnson & Lola Beatress (Bashaw) Peerman. She was a Retired Nurse from Bloomington Hospital.

She is survived by her Husband: Carl Eugene Rush of Bloomington, 3 Daughters and husbands: Karen & Don Harris of Bloomington, Lola & David McCoy of Columbus, Indiana, and Jane and Andrew Ford of Simpsonville, South Carolina, One Son: David Rush of Bloomington, 8 Grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren, a Brother: Harley Peerman of Boonville, Indiana and one Sister: Edna Joyce Jackson of Greene County, Indiana.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a Great Grandson: Kevin Harris and a Daughter-In-Law: Paula Douthitt-Rush

Friends may call on the family from 4 to 8 PM Thursday at the Deremiah-Frye Mortuary, Greene & Harrell Chapel. A private family Service will be on Friday June 17, 2011 officiated by Don Rader with burial following at the Knightridge Cemetery
