

Kazuko Wall, age 80, of Bloomington, died Monday evening at her residence. Born April 11, 1934 in Yokosuka, Japan, she was the daughter of Katutaro Shoshi and Miya Mikami. She was a homemaker. Her life was centered around caring for her husband and her children. She was employed at Sarkes Tarzian for a brief time. Her favorite activities included watching I.U. Basketball and the birds that frequented her yard where she spent much time gardening as well. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of the W. 11th St. Pentecostal Faith Assembly.
She is survived by her loving husband, Robert L. Wall, of Bloomington, three daughters and sons-in-law, Wanda and Russell Elliott, of Ellettsville; Sandra and Anthony Hastings and Bessie and Monty Thomas, all of Bloomington; two sons and daughter-in-law, Roger Wall and Bobby and Penni Deckard Wall, all of Bloomington; ten grandchildren, Dillon Fleener, Sidney Fleener, Chase Hastings, Wayne Hastings, Kennedy Wall, Garret Wall, Aleena Deckard, Monty E. Thomas, Amanda K. Thomas and Steven Thomas and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one son, David Wayne Wall her father and mother-in-law, Charles and Bessie (Warfield) Wall and her step-father, Katsuitachi Mikami.
The funeral service will be held on Monday at 1:30 P.M. at Deremiah-Frye Mortuary; 700 W. Gourley Pike with Bro. Michael Douglas officiating. Burial will follow in Valhalla Memory Gardens. Friends may visit the family on Sunday from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
