

Margaret Lipscomb Mueller, 53 of Ellettsville died Tuesday morning, November 17, 2015 in I.U. Health Bloomington Hospital. She was born November 12, 1962 in DuBois, Pennsylvania to Charles and Janice Lipscomb. She had been a paramedic in Cheboygan, Michigan from 1983 – 1996 before retiring.
Survivors include her parents of Ellettsville; a sister, Kathryn Livengood and her husband James of Zionsville, Indiana; a brother, James Lipscomb and his wife Keisha of Nashville, Indiana; her three huskies, Kiska, Gwenie and Kenai; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Margaret had attended the Free Methodist Church in Bloomington. She was a 1981 graduate of Edgewood High School where she had been very active in athletics playing volleyball, basketball and competing in track and field. Her school record for the discus throw stood for over 20 years. Other hobbies included gaming, raising and training huskies, and rooting for the Colt’s and I.U. Football.
Funeral Services are scheduled for Saturday, November 21, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. in the Free Methodist Church, 1121 S. Lincoln, with Pastors Zack Martin and Les Rovenstine officiating. Burial will follow in Valhalla Memory Gardens. Visitation is scheduled for Friday, November 20, 2015 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM also in the church. Arrangements are under the direction of Deremiah-Frye Mortuary Greene & Harrell Chapel.
