

Mark Dennis McIntosh, age 56, of Bloomington left this earth to meet his heavenly father on Sunday evening at his residence surrounded by family, friends and his pastor, Aaron Strunk. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He was held in the hearts of many and will be sadly missed. He worked for years at Bounds and McPike in Bloomington. He was a member of Soul’s Matter Church on Moffett Lane and loved gardening and spending time with family. He was preceded in death by his father, Isaac McIntosh and one brother, Mike McIntosh. He is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Rebecca (Scrougham) McIntosh, of Bloomington; his mother, Virginia McIntosh, of Ft. Myers, Florida; two brothers, Matt (Terri) McIntosh, of Bloomington and Mitch McIntosh, of Ft. Myers, Florida; two sisters, Misty McIntosh, of Bloomington and Malona McIntosh, of Connersville; eight beautiful daughters, Monica (Dan) Plank, Crystal (Scott Payton) Weber, Sarah (Tim Mitchell) Weber, Jennifer (Neisha Williams) Weber, Megan Lasher. Gleeda (Chris Flick) Lasher, all of Bloomington and Miranda and Miriah Lasher, both of Brownstown; ten grandchildren, two nieces, one nephew and many, many friends, including Shane Harden, James Hanson and Teresa Blandin.
A graveside service will be held at 1:30 P.M. Friday at Clear Creek Cemetery with Pastor Aaron Strunk officiating. Burial will follow the service at the cemetery. Friends may visit the family on Friday from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at Deremiah-Frye Mortuary, Greene and Harrell Chapel in Bloomington.
