Patricia Ann Horst

Patricia Ann Horst, 78 , passed away in Madison, TN on September 3, 2014. She was a long time resident of Ellettsville, IN and was a member of the First Assembly of God in Ellettsville for over 40 years.Patricia was born in White County, IL on February 18, 1936.

Patricia is survived by her daughter Shannon Kaiser of Nashville, TN, many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother Edna Deiss and her sister Rosemary Cornelius.Visitation will be held on Friday, September 5, 2014 from 4-8 p.m. in Deremiah-Frye Mortuary, 700 W. Gourley Pike, Bloomington, IN 47404. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in The First Assembly of God Church, Ellettsville, IN. Burial will be in Valhalla Memory Gardens.
